I bought a Ford Expedition from Miracle Ford in May 2022. I am in love with my vehicle! We have traveled to the beach & other states. Which has made us realize how much we really enjoyed having all the space I am in love with my vehicle! We have traveled to the beach & other states. Which has made us realize how much we really enjoyed having all the space for my family & our puppies. However, coming out of this process/looking back I feel as if I was low balled on my Honda CR-V. Which I understand is a part of the process. Ryan did a great job trying to get me the numbers that I wanted on paper & making me feel comfortable about my purchase. But, after driving away from the lot I have not been thrilled with how things have worked out with my “new to me” vehicle. Aside from the pros of space & owning an awesome mom car! The back up camera & parking sensors that were originally advertised on the listing are not functioning in my vehicle. We negotiated for the backup camera to be replaced but based on my experience with the vehicle I’m not sure that will fix the issue. We think there may be something more to it with wiring. Because the ambient lighting & backup camera will choose to come on as they please. They work great when they are working but if you do not remote start the vehicle neither will turn on. The dealership has still not tied up all the loose ends for the deal. We are trying to be positive about the experience and hope that all is made right when the proper pieces come in for replacement. The issues with backup camera, parking sensor (over $500 repair), ambient lighting and a few other things are still unresolved. It does make me worry as a mom about what else is broken that I just haven’t found yet. I am scared at times that I’m going to be stranded somewhere because of an issue I didn’t realize was there. But I also understand that’s what happens when buying a used vehicle. We truly appreciate the kindness we were showed while buying the vehicle but we hope that others do a little more work than we did when truly checking over the vehicle prior to purchase. Overall, I am happy with my car but will be a lot more impressed with Miracle Ford when they finish fixing my car. More

Ryan was great - not too pushy and gave me plenty of space to think and discuss. Showed me options on the computer then we went out to the lot which saved time and made sure that he knew exactly what I space to think and discuss. Sales and finance was professional. When my problem started is when I was on my way home with my 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan. I was about a block from my house when someone ran the stop sig When my problem started is when I was on my way home with my 2015 Volkswagen Tiguan. I was about a block from my house when someone ran the stop sign and slammed into the passenger side. After talking to the insurance company a week later the car was taken back to the dealership for repairs. While my vehicle was there at the body shop the fiance company told the body shop not to release the car to me? The insurance company paying for the repairs told me that. Not the dealership. Sandra did a wonderful job getting me refinancing due to my job change. The problem was the body shop gave me 4 promised delivery dates!! 4! My car stayed in the shop for 2 months! I decided to walk away not knowing exactly when my car would be done! The real bad thing is the dealership did nothing to offer me a different car. I told them Friday that I would be in Saturday to see if they could get me into a different car. After thinking about it I decided not to. The body shop never called me when they said they would call. I always had to call them with no returned calls! The last promised date was by management. The date went by with a call Friday saying my car was not ready yet that they think the rear cradle would probably need to be replaced. It was so bad at this time the dealership was paying for my rental. I just wanted my car. Seeing how I did not sign new paperwork yet. I took my tag and left! No deal was offered to me at all!!! Did nothing on there own to save the deal!! You think they would try to save a deal on a vehicle that was on the lot for 3 months! Nor satisfied!!!! More
