It snowed the morning of our appointment, so we ended up rescheduling, but she reached out later in the day to make sure we didn't want to still come in. The weather had cleared up, so we made the trek out to Gallatin. She was able to find us the two vehicles we wanted to drive (Explorer and Expedition) and was very knowledgable about the product. When I asked about a feature that she wasn't sure about, she was honest and let us know that she would find out rather than try to BS her way out of it. In addition to teaching us about the vehicle, she was extremely personable and kind. The folks at Miracle Ford are making the best out of the hand that is being dealt in the car industry right now with the pandemic and the chip shortage and everything else in the world. Not only do they offer the amazing Power Train Warranty, but they are doing their best to get inventory, even if it means customers ordering vehicles that they may not end up purchasing in the end. We may not end up with a Ford for this purchase, but we will definitely be back at Miracle Ford the next time we are looking. More
