Had an appointment to get keys made and programmed to my truck. Got there a little before appointment time and went in to let them know I was there. They told me just to get in line. So I was 7 cars back truck. Got there a little before appointment time and went in to let them know I was there. They told me just to get in line. So I was 7 cars back and when they got to me they told me it would be 30 minutes to 1 hours tops. I waited 2 hours and 22 minutes for them to get the job done. Turns out the appointment is just with the person who writes down what you come in for. Very dissappointed that I had to wait so long for keys. Would go somewhere else next time. More

Aug 26th pulled in dealership to check out new cars my one and ONLY stipulation was I wanted a sun roof. They had no cars in my price range for that to happen but told me to come back the next day they had a car wanted to me to look at so I did again that car did not have a sun roof then I was told they can put on in for me, Great I thought and I purchased the car got a call 9/3 needing pictures so they can put in sunroof, gave pictures requested and got “CRICKETS” for 3 weeks so I called and was informed can not find anyone to put in sunroof due to how my roof is made so will cut me a check for the difference. Well guess what 2 weeks later no check no return calls from anyone! This place sucks and I will be spreading the word so no one has to go through what I have in the past 2 months! More
