We went into Galpin Honda with trepidation. I was not looking forward to haggling with car salesmen. Surprisingly, I didn’t have to do that. I bought a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid L. Within a couple of months (less than 5 months) the car battery had totally died. It was replaced and a within two weeks another battery of the RecovR died. I been trying to deal (calls, messages) with Galpin Honda General Manager, but I have not heard from him. I even sent an email to the salesperson March 29 to be forward to the general manager and still my issues remains unresolved. April 2, 2025, I filed a complain with Honda HQ and did not hear from them. April 7, 1025 I called Honda HQ about my complain and was told to have it escalated to the General Manager at Galpin Honda. Prior to purchasing Galpin Honda failed to mention that the battery of these cars gets drain due to the technology that it uses. I was never mention till after I called with the issue of the car dead battery. The receptionist and others there stated that the battery tends to drain due to the signals that the car is emitting. Honda HQ says there are no issues and will not acknowledge an issue that the Honda CRV Hybrid has. Customer service from Galpin Honda and Honda HQ leaves much to be desired. I am still waiting to have my issues resolved. When dealing with Galpin Honda, beware if you have issues with the car(s) or even Honda HQ. Buyer Beware! More
