Great customer service from Jerry Mares. He went above and beyond for me. And without that heavy handed sales pressure that makes people hate buying cars. Beware! !!! Do NOT buy here!!!! I drove 75 miles to them because they advertise a 10yr/100,000 mile added warranty that comes with the vehicle you buy. !!! Do NOT buy here!!!! I drove 75 miles to them because they advertise a 10yr/100,000 mile added warranty that comes with the vehicle you buy. Got a used 22 Honda Pilot and only after a bout 3 months they tell me I have to replace the seat frame ($4000) because it’s defective but that I’m NOT covered!!!! Ummm, excuse me?! You want me to pay $4000 out of pocket on a vehicle you just sold me a few months ago that YOU certified? Yeah, no. Absolutely not. So i started reaching out to my Sales guy, Hugo Lopez, who stated that I would have to reach out to the used car sales manager, David Godina, who by the way, never has time to ever get back to anyone apparently. Because he called me one time and I called him right back and then I called them again and again and again and he’s just so busy screwing people over on their “certified” used vehicle vehicles that he never has time to call anyone back. The only time I was able to get a hold of him was after Peter, the service manager, who has been nothing short of amazing by the way, is the one that told him to get a hold of me I think it’s ridiculous that they only care about the money and don’t care about the loyalty of a customer, or making sure that customers are happy. Please be aware of this scam that they are running at this dealership, they tell you one thing, but it’s a lie and it’s really another. They told me that on this used certified vehicle that I was purchasing. There was one minor accident turns out there’s two. Why lie?! I haven’t even had the car a full year yet it’s only been about seven months and the car has lost $11,000 in value!!!! reason being? Apparently the higher trim vehicles are in short demand, so please be aware when you guys are purchasing vehicle vehicles through this dealership. I only ever came back here because it’s my 3rd Honda in the last 12 years and I WAS a loyal customer. Again, WAS! Now they’re trying to get me into a brand new pilot and they are telling me that in order for me to get any discount I will be forced to finance through Honda. I can’t go through my own credit union. I think management really needs to take a look into this. And I think higher management needs to retrain the used car sales manager into having better customer service. I really am hoping to hear back from the GM (David Gillum), if he cares about his loyal customers. I’ll post an update. More

My experience at Galpin Honda with Edgar Barron was far beyond my expectations. He was very helpful made us feel so comfortable and welcome since we got there.
