Helpful and competitive I correspond and got my quote with just a few emails, and Galpin was able to match any price I could find and then shave a little off as well. Buying a car is a complex process, but the test drive was very trusting and I felt comfortable exploring the car on the roads I use to commute. Vasny was very knowledgeable about the cars and stuck with me through the whole process, including taking a meal and staying well past his shift to chaperone the whole process. Overall I felt valued and not just another customer ushered through a sale. I honestly just went to test drive but the competitive offers and thorough maintenance promises was enough to comfort my nervousness for such an important investment. Now we’ll just wait and see if the maintenance department lives up to their tasks, but I foresee enough commitment from the business that any potentially issues will be handled properly. It really felt like the staff were committed to creating longtime customers instead of rushing to meet the bottom line. A+ so far, would definitely recommend. More
