I've been to a lot of dealerships over the years and he's by far the nicest, most knowledgable and no pressure salesperson I've come across. He goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to helping customers and explaining things. My friends and family have also seen Michael and bought cars from him as well. He's the best. Looking forward to buying another car from him in the years to come. More

Promises Kept At first is was skeptical about going back to Galpin Honda, however after pouring out my heart to Kylee (the leasing coordinator I believe) and explai At first is was skeptical about going back to Galpin Honda, however after pouring out my heart to Kylee (the leasing coordinator I believe) and explaining my situation she talked me into coming in, there I met a manager named Rubik who assured me everything will work out and promised me that what happened previously would not happen again. He introduced me to the sales /leasing person Enrique Beltran, who worked with me to get me out of my current car. It had 104,000 miles. .I was way over my mileage allowance and the car wasn't worth me trying to refinance at that point. I was 13k in debt with it, plus an additional 8k for the mileage. I had no money to put down at that point. But the entire time Enrique continued to smile and assured me that he would get me the best deal. After a lot of negotiations I left the deal with $0 down, a car note I could still afford and a brand new beautiful red civic that I love. I must say I would definitely recommend Galpin Honda to anyone looking to purchase or lease and make sure to see Enrique Beltran , his smile was contagious but allowed me to be positive about my situation and he was true to his words. More
