That being said if you want to have an honest and genuinely caring salesman Junior Morales is the one. He made sure to ask all the questions he needed to be able to get me what I wanted. He made sure to explain everything even if I asked the same question more than once. He knows I do not like being in a dealership so he made it a quick and pleasant time. TOTAL SCAMMERS! I was talking to Jonathan on the phone about an Odyssey and he told me he could get me a deal for $400 a month. I told him multiple times that i didn't have time to mess around since my lease was up and i needed a new car, and not to mention that i have 3 small children and time means everything to me. He told me that he could make that happen so much that he would pay for my gas if he couldn't. I was still skeptical so i asked my husband to give him a call and feel him out to see if the deal was real. Sure enough it was, i was unable to get a babysitter that day since it was very late notice and told him we would come by the next day. He told me that he would not be inn but he has forwarded all our info to David the manager and we can finish the deal with him. As promised my husband and i both took time off from work and went down there. We test drove the car and finally got down to the numbers. After making sure that they understood the deal i made with Jonathan they came back with $517!!! a month. I couldn't believe this! they wasted a whole day of our time; ran our credit so now we are few points less; knew the deal and circumstances of why we were there and still told us this is the best they can do. After speaking to David i told him that this was unexceptable and that they should honor the deal we were promised. He disagreed and made no attempt to repair any of the damage that was made. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE! WHATEVER QUOTE YOU GET IT IS FALSE! THEY ARE ALL SCAMMERS!!! More
