Just a little info about my experience...we dealt numbers for about an hour because we knew we could get to a comfortable price. Through all this he would go back and forth with the banks and he never once complained or said I can’t do that he said it does not hurt to try let’s go ahead and do all we can for you. He was always very honest and never once bested around the bush. When we finally decided on a price and payment we waited for all the signing, but he stayed with us meanwhile and we really got to know him and his experience within his career. He always excused himself before leaving the table and after all the signing was done he went over every detail of the car and even before leaving made sure I knew I was more than welcomed to call him if I had any questions or concerns! I had emailed 10 (yes 10!) dealerships asking for price quotes and got the quickest, most straightforward and transparent response from Zack at Galpin. Others included oodles of pricey add-ons and refused to answer straightforward questions like "how much does the car cost?" Also, Galpin matched offers from other dealerships without hesitation or compliant. Because my brother and I were purchasing the vehicle as a gift for our 70-something Mom, we required some special handling. Zack was very understanding throughout process.
