It wasn't the smarmy kind of "I'll take care of you" it was the real deal, let me help you get a car today the easiest way possible. His name is Ali and you should look for him to do business in Galpin, he made this experience as pain free as possible for me and my wife and we got a good price and a good deal overall. So, what's up with the 4 stars? The place is busy and they make deals left and right, its a big operation, no joke. We got there at 5pm we left at 12am, not because of the negotiations, because finance were very busy. It was a little uncomfortable for my wife who's pregnant and we had a babysitter at home with our son. When we finally got to the finance guy he was ready to leave home, which I totally understand, but we felt rushed. We made a mistake with our info and he got upset at us, and I was tired from looking at numbers, so I missed a calculation on the contract. Long story short, Ali and the finance manager took care of us and got us out the door with a new car and some compensation. They don't mess around with small change, they want your business More
