GalpIn Experience Financial rep made the understanding of the warranties convoluted. He should have focused on clarity vs just the sale. Had to return to re ask the same questions and get clarity on terms of coverage. We both left thinking one thing only to find out we were wrong. While he was drawing circles in colors he should have focused on making sure the client was clear on the nuances of the coverages and ask questions that clarified the client was clear on what the warranties covered. Our understanding was that the extended warranty coverage covered the vehicle after the lease warranty ran the 36/36. We felt he focused on the sale and making colorful circles versus handling the process from a consultive perspective. We are both professionally degreed so it was only after reading the contract and re asking specific questions did we get clarity on the contrast we signed and purchased More
