Great Car Buying Experience It was time for my parents to get a new car (they have had their 2003 Accord V6 for the last 14 years! They knew what they wanted - 2017 EX-L V6 - so It was time for my parents to get a new car (they have had their 2003 Accord V6 for the last 14 years! They knew what they wanted - 2017 EX-L V6 - so I elected to do the car shopping for them. I have purchased my previous few cars through internet pricing inquiries (never setting foot in the dealership until a final price is agreed to before coming in), and this situation was no different. I will be honest and say that I e-mailed 14 separate Honda dealerships in Southern California, and the responses I received from Zack were the most in depth, detailed responses compared to any other internet salesman I dealt with. Zack sent me everything I asked for and also answered every question I had. He gave me a detailed price quote when most of the other Honda internet salesman (from other dealerships) would only give me the generic (come in and we can discuss further pricing). Once we agreed on a price, I took my parents to the dealership, met Zack, and commenced with the purchase. The price we agreed to online was what was presented to me, and everything went smoothly after that. Aside from a absolutely GREAT deal we received, Zack's professionalism has led to my decision that my next Honda purchase - will no doubt be with Zack as my salesman at Galpin Honda. We specifically came looking for Sam Danho, my father and other family members having done business with him in the past. He greeted us immediately and helped us from the very beginning. I wasn't yet set on a specific vehicle, but Sam was very informative in helping us find the car that suited our needs. We ultimately ended up with our brand new 2017 Honda Accord. He did everything he could to get the price down to a number we were comfortable with. Sam is unlike many other salespeople in that he is straightforward (in a kind and respectful manner) and is not pushy at all. I genuinely feel he had my best interest in mind when getting us into a new car, and not his own! Painless and quick After getting the run around at our local dealership, we found the exact model specs we wanted at Galpin Honda and drove 90 miles to get here. I did not have to negotiate the price cause it was the best price I was offered and it was very very easy and wonderful experience. More
