Great atmosphere, friendly staff, Galpin Honda in Mission Hills, CA is a great dealership. I have purchased 2 Hondas from here in the past 5 years. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, no pressure buying experience. In particular, I highly recommend Zack Zakaryan (Internet Sales Consultant) as someone to go to when you shop around for internet prices. He is responsive, communicative, and not pushy or make you feel pressured. Zack would match the lowest internet price that you have and once agreement is reached via email or text, the whole transaction at the dealership is then smooth and never a drag-out. I wanted to weigh several different choices, and he was happy to work up paperwork for each option. And when the paperwork was taking quite a long time to process (they sold lots of cars that day), he went so far as to drive the final paperwork to my house that night so I could make my dinner reservations!
