Great guest service!!! I visit Galpin Honda this weekend to check out their inventory. I was surprised to see such a great selection of vehicles including their use vehicle I visit Galpin Honda this weekend to check out their inventory. I was surprised to see such a great selection of vehicles including their use vehicle lot. All of their inventory is fully inspected before putting it on display to the public. After walking around for a bit i locked my eyes on a couple of cars in the used lot. After making it hard to decide on a specific vehicle, I finally chose the one i wanted to take home since it was kind of late, closed to closing time. I met with Enrique Beltran who greeted me in a very professional presence. Enrique was very straightforward and clearly explained every detail of the sale. He was also very patient and gave me the opportunity to see other vehicles in the lot. He was also able to accommodate me with the payment i wanted to make. If he cannot get you what you want, he can work hard and will find a way to get the numbers closed to what you want. I like to thank Enrique for getting my car fully detail before delivering the car i bought and Thanks to Roberto Osorio for been very professional while finalizing my paperwork.
