We were looking at a Ford Purchase but I wanted to see how the Honda stood up in comparison -- as it would be we never looked back -- the Honda won us over and it was largely due to Javier Navarro -- one of the Most -- if not the Best -- new car sales persons we have ever worked with -- answered all of our questions in an extremely pleasant and professional way -- walked us through the financing and really understood what we were looking for...this was on our first new Honda a few months back -- liked the car so much and the way Javier took care of us --we just recently went back to him and bought another new Honda from Galpin. Thankfully he was able to gauge that my priority was getting in and out as quickly as possible, and he stayed on top of and expedited all the internal processes required for both a new car sale and trade-in, even with a few back-and-forths from me on the down payment/financing end of things. Happy with the service and would definitely recommend to any of my friends looking in the car market! More
