Junior Morales took great care of me and ensured my experience at Galpin was above and beyond expectations. He paid unwavering attention to my needs, from offering me food and coffee throughout the morning, to his time and patience in showing me multiple vehicles, models, and pricing options. He really worked with my budget and I was able to leave with a lease on the exact car (2016 Honda Fit) I wanted, but at a higher trim level - hello moonroof, alloy wheels, lane watch, and push button start!! - and really awesome deal. Once the car was purchased, Junior took me through navigating the instrument panel and all other aspects of using the car, confirming I felt comfortable before leaving the lot. They also helped customize a plan for an extended service warranty and worked with me on a cost option I could afford. Junior has checked in with me a couple of times since my purchase and continues to make himself available if any needs arise. Terrific overall experience but Junior was the best!! More
