Easiest car buying experience ever! Looked at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Nissan & all were great but none really struck me as I had to have any of them. But I was recommended to Donna Alvarez at Galpin Honda and I have to tell you, not only did I fall in love with my new Honda Civic Touring, but if I was going to become a part of a family of cars I would want Donna as my Galpin sister! Not only did she take the time to get to know my likes, needs, & requirements of a car she put me in the car of my dreams immediately. I didn't know what I wanted, never owned a Honda, never drove a Honda. Donna absolutely nailed it! She's awesome & she's not only my Galpin salesperson, she is my hero!
