He was very knowledgeable and helpful with any and all questions I had! I felt that Yusuf truly valued my time, my money, and catered to what I expressed I wanted. Yusuf was honestly the reason I decided to buy my Honda from Galpin and not from other dealerships. He even called me the day after to make sure I was happy with everything. no hassle way to buy a car I had researched many different car companies (ex: Toyota, Mazda, Kia) and finally made my way to Honda to find the exact car I was looking for. It ha I had researched many different car companies (ex: Toyota, Mazda, Kia) and finally made my way to Honda to find the exact car I was looking for. It had everything that I required in a car. The only Problem was that it was a little out of my price range, but no other dealer would help me or meet me half way. I talked to 3 different dealerships and didn't feel that I was receiving not only the best communication but it wasn't making me feel like I was being helped. I then got a message back from Galpin (it being the final dealership I had contacted) and I had told them exactly how much I had to spend and the exact car I was looking at. Michael Skierka later called me and unlike any other car salesman not only did not go over my budget but found a way to go below it for me. He was fast, helpful, responsive to all my questions and even through in some info I didn't even know to ask. The whole buying process was a breeze as well. I felt taken care of the whole way through and would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and Family (and to my self in the future if I Buy another car) More
