She was easy to get a long with and provi I enjoyed my visit at Galpin Honda and that was thanks to Silvia Gamara! She was so patient and encouraging! She was easy to get a long with and provided so much detail on the cars that I test drove. In the end, I was able to lease 2016 Honda Civic with a great deal! She was also able to help provide an insurance agent so I can walk out with my car and stuck with me throughout the whole experience! Excellent customer service and sales!!!! I came into galpin Honda for a new car and I had a great experience as far as their sales, pricing, service, the sales men, Hugo Lopez was of excellen I came into galpin Honda for a new car and I had a great experience as far as their sales, pricing, service, the sales men, Hugo Lopez was of excellent help and everything else!!! Hugo did his very best to put us in the car we've been wanting, went over everything, made sure we were happy with the monthly payments, did his best to try to get us the payment we wanted, and made sure we were comfortable. The wait was not so bad at all. He made sure we got into finance as soon as he can. I definitely do recommend him for other family and friends! He's very helpful and will take care of you! Very polite, very nice, and will do what he can to assist the client! I highly recommend him and recommend galpin Honda! More
