Hugo Lopez is the best you could hope for! When I went to Galpin Honda, I expected a pushy car sales men who cared more about the sale then my personal needs for the car. I had one of those pre When I went to Galpin Honda, I expected a pushy car sales men who cared more about the sale then my personal needs for the car. I had one of those previously who tried to push a car on me that I wasn't sure I wanted and when I asked to see other cars just to feel them out this car salesmen started yelling at me and asking why I didn't want to buy the FIRST car he showed me. I was so disheartened by that experience that I didn't want to look around anymore. But then I met Hugo. The first salesmen brought me to Hugo and that was the best thing he could ever do for me. Hugo was so kind and sweet and funny and he laughed at all my stupid jokes and I immediately clicked with him. For example he didn't question why I didn't want a silver car, just didn't show me any silver cars. I can appreciate that. He showed me many different cars, listened to my concerns, and didn't so much as bat an eyelash when I said I wanted to come back the next day with my Mom. He was just as sweet with her as he was with me the day before. He was honestly such a dream to know and I'm so glad that I bought my car from him. If he still works in selling cars when I get one after the current one I have, I'm going right back to him. If I could give him six stars, I would. More
