GALPIN SERVICE MISTAKE, SWEPT UNDER THE RUG THANK YOU Galpin Honda ! Not only did you service my 2015 Honda Accord on March 9th, you failed to tell me on my Multi Point Vehicle Inspection that p THANK YOU Galpin Honda ! Not only did you service my 2015 Honda Accord on March 9th, you failed to tell me on my Multi Point Vehicle Inspection that passed with flying colors ,That your Certified Honda Dealership would Cause my Accord to Stall on the 14 Freeway North not even half hour after leaving your lot, causing me to RISK NOT ONLY MY LIFE BUT THE LIFE OF OTHER DRIVERS. ALL Because you Neglected to follow your own recommend maintenance, THANK YOU Robertson's Palmdale Honda for informing me that , YES Galpin Honda is at fault, they found my car ENGINE OIL LEVEL WAS OVERFILLED , my car stalled on the 14N during rush hour because of the Negligence and irresponsible service to my car. To think directly following the accident I called My service advisor at Galpin Honda and was told this was a coincidence one had nothing to do with the other. When Palmdale Honda informed Galpin they were at fault I was contacted and spoke with The Service Manager and was told They are taking responsibility for overfilling the engine oil and wanted to make it right and told me he would like to offer me a free Car Alignment in the Future " something my Premium Service Plan would not cover. As a Loyal Customer with a history of 4 Galpin Motors Vehicles I'm offered a car service @ the Dealer who sent me on my way neglecting the Warning they have printed on page 453 of the Honda owners manual. IM AT A LOSS FOR WORDS . More

Fantastic Customer Service - Quick Turnaround I took my 2006 Accord here for a service recall. I arrived about an hour or so before my appointment, because I had another conflicting appointment & I took my 2006 Accord here for a service recall. I arrived about an hour or so before my appointment, because I had another conflicting appointment & I wasn't sure that I would be seen before my scheduled time, however, I was taken care of straight away by Uriel Resendiz. He took the time to explain the various service recalls that were required for my vehicle and how long I should expect the work would last, then got my car taken care of straight away. To my surprise he called to say the work was completed much earlier than expected. Once again, he explained the work that had been done. The whole time he provided very professional courteous service. I would highly recommend Galpin Honda Mission Hill's service center, and specifically ask for Uriel. More
