Their employees and customer service are fantastic and help you out a lot, they find a solution to every problem and don't let any obstacle get in the way of you taking your car home. They help you save money as well by telling you and informing you about all the possible discounts that can apply. Oliver Lopez helped me out and made sure I took home my 2016 Honda Accord Touring and he even made me feel like we been friends for a long time! This was the 3rd vehicle I've bought from Galpin Honda and I don't plan on leaving the Honda family any time soon. More

I shopped online for the car that I'd like to buy. Buying a car is one thing, finding the right dealer is another story. I searched online to find the nearest Honda dealers in my area. Galpin Honda-Mission Hills isn't necessarily in my neighborhood but I chose them for three things: 1) they're a huge shop based on the photos which tells me there's a wide selection of cars, 2) they had high ratings everywhere I checked, and 3) the reviews from previous customers are so positive it got me psyched. A day later, I walk into a very busy headquarters and run into Silas Gary, Jr. "We would like to get a new car. Who do we speak to?," we asked. "I'm just the guy for that," Silas responded. Unlike other dealers from experiences of people I know, Silas is the kind of guy you'll trust will get you a good deal. He walks us to the cars I wanted to check out, test drive one of them but surely does not oversell anything. In fact, he told me right away the big difference in prices should I go for one car than the other. In summation, I got the car I wanted in the color I wanted because Silas was a patient man who took care of our needs. He under-promised but over-delivered. This is the kind of salesman I always want to deal with. I've had my car for 5 days now and I'm loving it. Thank you to Silas and Ricardo Alterno who processed our paperwork in the end. This was a great experience! From the moment I pulled into the lot I felt comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and immediately felt at ease. Only real people treating others like real people. My first contact with Galpin Honda was with Kaylee Dawson. When meeting Kaylee, the first thing one notices is her bright smile. Even though our interaction was brief she set the stage for the coming events of the day. Kaylee apparently felt that I should have only the very best, hence her introducing me to Chris Sandoval. Chris treated me with what I value most… respect! He was knowledgeable and patient. He listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. He made every effort to make our time together as painless and smooth as possible. When I needed more help in working out a better deal for the car, he went back to crunch the numbers again and again until he was able to fit me with the right car for my budget and yet a car that I felt proud to drive. He went far and beyond what I was expecting. I can see Chris as being my friend. Liz Zamora, what a charming person. She too was knowledgeable and patient. She broke down the complicated “lawyer speak” into real words that the average person could understand. Her intelligence is only out measured by her kindness. A real gem of a person. Working with Liz to complete the final part of my lease was extremely stress free. Liz is obviously a person in high demand at Galpin Honda, even so she treated me as if I was the most important person at that very moment and would not let anyone or anything distract her from giving me her utmost attention. It has been few days now and I couldn’t be happier. I love my new Honda! It took a long time from signing the paperwork to final loan approval, almost 2 weeks, but it worked out in the end. I like the car alot. I purchased a 2012 Ford Edge SEL with approx 45k miles and it looks great. When I was signing paperwork, I kind of thought that there would be endless pitches for extra warranty, or something but it was fine. I purchased the Gap coverage to put the creditor and myself at peace of mind, and everything else and the pricing was nicely laid out that so I could see it.
