Returning Customer Back in 2012 I was a part time student and part time employee so driving was imperative. I had a very unreliable car that i had bought out of necessit Back in 2012 I was a part time student and part time employee so driving was imperative. I had a very unreliable car that i had bought out of necessity. One day it finally gave out on me and i had to start looking again immediately. I needed something with good gas mileage and something I could rely on. I narrowed my search down to Honda'sand after a long day of dealership jumping, I arrived to the Galpin Honda in Mission hills. I was wary of going to big dealers because i assumed, bigger dealer, bigger prices so I would only visit the corner dealerships. From the moment I pulled up, II was instantly greeted by the Galpin team members, and mind you i was still in my work uniform. I went in with just a few questions trying to get some numbers all while not trying to get my hopes up and the dealer I talked to, Junior Morales, answered all of them and was extremely helpful with setting up a deal that I could work with. Not once did I feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a deal, like most dealerships i had been to. That same day i left with a brand new 2012 Civic that i absolutely loved. Sadly my lease came to an end late 2015 and i gave the car back but since they were so helpful the last time I was there, i was open to another deal and again, same day I drove off with a new 2015 Civic. I'm now over 6 months in with my Civic and I could not be happier with my decision to go back to Galpin Honda. More

Helpful, Knowledgeable, and straight-forward! for over a week i have tried to purchase a vehicle and have failed. 2 of my friends referred me to Chris as they had purchased vehicles from him in th for over a week i have tried to purchase a vehicle and have failed. 2 of my friends referred me to Chris as they had purchased vehicles from him in the past. He was straight-forward about the reasons why i kept getting denied but he didn't give up he was determined to help me get into the car i wanted (i wanted a fully loaded accord) which i did and for this i thank him and also for being honest and knowledgeable about the vehicle i wanted. He followed up a few days later to make sure everything was okay and to ask if i had any questions.
