Until, I met the right salesman by the name of Javier Navarro who actually spoke some sense and took the time to explain why the Honda Accord was the right vehicle for me. Normally purchasing a new car is stressful and nerve-wracking bu I have to say that our experience at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills was truly amazing! Normally purchasing a new car is stressful and nerve-wracking but not at Galpin. Alexander Marat was our sales person and he made us feel comfortable and at ease. He was pleasant, friendly, professional and very informative! Alexander answered all of our questions honestly and he helped us stay within our budget. We explained to him what we needed and he did not try to sell us what we did not want! There was no pressure to buy and Alexander made us feel at home. My family and I were given complimentary drinks and we were constantly updated throughout the purchasing process. We did not even feel the hours go by! Once we had to sign, Matt in financing made the process go smoothly and efficiently. We definitely recommend Galpin Honda and you have to ask for Alexander Marat!
