T Nguyen is the reason I drove an extra hour to purchase a car. I had spoke to 6 different dealers before going to purchase a car. Their internet sales person told me they had several cars matching my search at the lot. When I came to the dealership 3hrs later they informed me that all of those cars were sold. They tried to get me t matching my search at the lot. When I came to the dealership 3hrs later they informed me that all of those cars were sold. They tried to get me to buy used and then finally told me that I can order what I want at $4,500 over MSRP. I ended up putting a deposit since they promised the car would arrive only 10 days later. The car arrived 17 days later. In the meantime, interest rates have gone up and they weren't able to give me a previously negotiated rate. Beverly was a trooper and ended up working out my deal and wrapping it up quickly. The dealership is better than many others but still it required a lot of time and effort to get a decent deal. More
