I just bought my first brand new car (2016 Honda Fit EX in red) from Galpin Honda in Mission Hills from Julett Figeroa. She made buying a car fun! I had done online research and knew I was leaning towards a Fit, so Honda was the last dealership I decided to visit to get an idea of what else is out there. Other dealerships had tons of creepy and over bearing men who frankly weren't listening to me and were just trying to get me in a car that day despite me telling them I was just doing my initial test drive and gathering of information. When I got to Galpin, Julett was standing outside the doors and greeted me with a smile and asked me why I was there. I assumed (wrongly) that she was leading me to a male salesman but was pleasantly surprised when I realized she was leading me to the Fits to look at and test drive. Julett was kind, patient and such a good listener. She observed how I reacted to the cars she showed me and took mental notes on my reactions. I left that day with her cell number and a promise of a call for when the new 2016 (and automatic) Fits came in. The next day she called letting me know there was a new car to test drive. When I arrived it was there on the lot waiting for me. Julett took me to the car and pointed out features that she thought I'd like based on how I'd reacted to cars the previous day. I was so impressed with her memory and personal attention to my needs. The car I wanted was not ready for another week and a half but in that time Julett and I kept in contact via phone and text. I felt like she was my ally and friend in the scary new world of purchasing a car. In all I visited Galpin 4 times, and each time Julett was a pure joy. I am so happy I walked up when I did and met her. I really recommend asking for her because not only will you get a great car buying experience but maybe a new friend too :) More
