Donna Alvarez was assigned to help us choose the package we wanted ... She was very courteous, patient and had a great demeanor. She took us to the inventory yard, showed us the differences between the packages and we were able to drive the car we had our eyes on ... I liked the fact that there was a large inventory to choose from, including color. The price details were clearly put in front of us in advance of signing the final papers .... Excellent Service - beginning to end My husband and I recently leased a second car from Galpin Honda, and we were assisted by Silas Gary, Jr. who, as usual, provided us with excellent cu My husband and I recently leased a second car from Galpin Honda, and we were assisted by Silas Gary, Jr. who, as usual, provided us with excellent customer service. Though the process was a little long, Mr. Gary made sure that my husband and I were comfortable by providing us complimentary drinks and snacks from Galpin's snack bar. This is not our first time being assisted by Mr. Gary. We specifically ask for him, because we know that we will get the kind of customer service that many expect - courteous, cheerful, patient, and understanding. That day we went, my leg was sore and couldn't necessarily walk great lengths, to which Mr. Gary has taken note which I greatly appreciated. And instead of us walking to see the car, Mr. Gary had gone out of his way to drive the cars that we were interested on leasing to us. We also received great customer service from the financial manager, Steve Omar. He made sure that all our documents were properly prepared and that all the agreements made with Mr. Gary about leasing our second car was in writing which my husband and I appreciated. He was clear, concise, and made that if we had any questions regarding our new lease (the financial side of it) to contact him. Our overall experience with Galpin Honda from beginning to end was excellent.
