As my current lease was ending, I began my search of getting into a new Honda Pilot and leasing again. The current market is crazy, and most dealerships I contacted were flat out rude, and really refuse getting into a new Honda Pilot and leasing again. The current market is crazy, and most dealerships I contacted were flat out rude, and really refused to even begin a conversation regarding trading in my current Honda Pilot and getting into a new one. UNTIL I reached out to Galpin Honda, and spoke with Jason Slifer. Jason was extremely kind and patient. He responded to all my contacts via email timely and professionally. He gave me information on the current stock, and provided me professional quotes. Jason was willing to have an open conversation and negotiation on getting me into the vehicle I was looking for and within my budget. A couple AWD models of the Pilot were in stock but just slightly out of my budget, Jason was kind enough to check incoming stock and inform me when the new vehicles were being delivered. Once they were delivered he follow up with me, and gave me the quotes accordingly. Many times I thought to myself, this is too good to be true. Could a dealership and car salesman be this great? Sure enough, Jason provided me a quote that was right there with my budget, he assured me that whats in the quote is what I would be given when I arrived at the dealership. I arrived at Galpin Honda, and the process was SMOOTH! Jason was honest, kind, fair, transparent and indeed provided me exactly what was quoted via email. The signing process was easy, and smooth. Pedro Fernandez in finance finished the deal with ease. Jason and Pedro, and all behind the scenes staff at Galpin made this process so simple, painless and truly changed the typical stereotype for the car buying experience. I cannot speak highly enough of this experience, but will highly recommend Galpin Honda to anyone I know thats on the market for a new vehicle; and specifically recommend Jason Slifer!! Thank you Galpin Honda for being fantastic!!!! I love my new Pilot, and its exactly what I wanted!! More
