We visited Galpin Honda with a car and price in mind. I've got to say that the service we received from Chudry Ahmed was outstanding. He arrange for us to get the car we wanted at the price we intended to pay and the topper was, we were out of there in less that 1 1/2 hours. I will recommend Galpin Honda to my friends and family. You can't beat Galpin! I went in for Service with the thought of turning in my leased Pilot for an Odyssey (family has grown since we got the Pilot). The manager, Sunny, se I went in for Service with the thought of turning in my leased Pilot for an Odyssey (family has grown since we got the Pilot). The manager, Sunny, set me up with Sam Danho and it was smooth sailing. I did some research ahead of time and had a feel for what a fair deal would be. By the time we were done, I had a fair deal and was driving home a brand new Odyssey for the family. They never once tried to sell me up on anything I didn't want. Sam is very knowledgeable and very polite. I always seemed to be his first priority. It really was a great experience. More

Customer Service at it's finest I came into Galpin Honda to inquire about an accord. I was sure my payments would be unbelievably high due to my credit. After some lengthy waiting, (it is expected when purchasing a car), the results were beyond expectation. Sylvia did her best to ensure our wait was still pleasant, by offering us refreshments, and with her can do attitude. She was multitasking and juggling requests left and right, it was a miracle she was able to get me in a car in addition to everything else she was handling. She was extremely professional, polite, and genuine, which is very hard to find in a sales person. I have bought a few cars prior to this, at places such as Galpin Ford and Marina Ford in Culver City. This dealership won me over hands down thanks to the exceptional service and friendly demeanor displayed by Sylvia. I recommend Sylvia to anyone and everyone looking for a new, used or trade in car, she will exceed your expectations and some. And you get the pleasure of meeting a delightful individual among everything else. More

Best Experience I enjoyed my time at Galpin Honda.
