Silas Gary Jr. is the MAN!! I drove out to galpin honda to look at a honda accord. first off this dealership has a no pressure environment and the people that work their are all I drove out to galpin honda to look at a honda accord. first off this dealership has a no pressure environment and the people that work their are all pleasant. they have a large selection of cars and since they are one of the largest dealerships in socal they have the leverage to work a great deal. SIlas Gary Jr was the sales rep that helped me out. He has a great no BS attitude and is a honest guy. I told him what I was willing/capable of paying and he went above and beyond to get my that deal. He even drove all the way to culver city with me at 1130 at night to have my sister sign the papers i needed for the cosign on my credit so i could take purchase of the car that night. oh and before i forget Matthew in the finance department was super efficient and a very laid back guy. He made the finance part very low stress and not overwhelming at all. I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a honda. More

The whole experience from settling on price to paperwork and finance was a breeze. I never felt I was being given a sales pitch or pressured. I had visited a few lots before Galpin Honda and never felt comfortable there and was tired of being pressured to purchase. Mike at Galpin was honest, efficient, helpful, and easy to work with. I would go back again. More

Friendly and easy flowing I came into Galpin Honda after months and months of serious thinking. I needed a car ASAP, I used to have a little bucket that I continued to invest I came into Galpin Honda after months and months of serious thinking. I needed a car ASAP, I used to have a little bucket that I continued to invest in, until I eventually had enough (could have saved all that money.) But I also knew that I couldn't afford to finance a car due to the fact that I will be going back to school. So as soon as we got there, I said I wanted a civic, SILAS GARY Jr walked right by us and asked us if we needed help, my mom asked him if someone could help us choose an economical car, he jumped right on it. He was extremely helpful and understanding and was able to come to the conclusion that leasing a car was the best option for me since it was cheaper and within my budget. Most importantly, my family and I appreciate SILAS being attentive and always making sure that we were comfortable and feeling welcomed. He followed up with me after my purchase and continued to be friendly and making sure I was having a good experience with my first time lease. No better place to buy a Honda! Stopped by Galpin Honda to check out the CPO Accords and Civics. Chaudry Ahmed took me on several test drives. I didnt purchase anything that day but Chaudry followed up with me over a two week period. Finally decided on a new 2015 Civic SE and couldnt be happier with the sales process. Chaudry was able to get me the deal I was looking for and finance took care of the rest. I like to negotiate my own deals and dont really bother with internet quotes. At no point did our negotiation get out of line and it was a very respectful process. Ive purchased 3 cars from Galpin over the past year. Thanks Galpin! Thanks Chaudry! More

The person that helped me was Jorge Sanchez and Galphin should add him to this list here at Cars.com Here's my experience with Jorge Snachez at Galphin It was my second experience with Galpin Honda and for the second time I was assisted in leasing a new car from Jorge Sanchez. I was very happy with the way Jorge helped to make sure that I got the best deal for my new car and that I left today happy with my new lease. Overall it was a great experience and I left very satisfied with my new Civic. I will definitely be coming back in the future and working with Jorge Would definitely highly recommend him to anyone looking to get a new car from Galpin Honda in Mission Hills. More

Amazing expiriance I called in I spoke to Kathy she was able to get to me right away when I got to the galpin Honda dealer!! Test drove a few cars!! She was so warm and I felt like I was talking to a friend!! this is my 1st car purchase and she got me a great deal!! I came out with what I wanted!!! Everyone there was so helpful and very accommodating.... May I add Matt who took care of my paper work was very helpful showed me a lot of options that can help me take care of my car and not pushy at all with any deal!! Over all I loved loved my expiriance getting my new car!!! Kathy made it an amazing expiriance!! More
