Mike S and Alen really do their best to make us happy every time! We just leased a brand new 2015 Honda Civic (we named her Mila :) and they made the process so quick and easy when it should have been a whole days job. We asked them to fly to the moon and back and they did it with a smile, and even though it was a tough job, they made it seem like a piece of cake. We have grown to love them, and they aren't just a dealership to us, they are family. Thank you for all your hard work guys! It hasn't gone unappreciated! Forgive me as I go drive Mila for the first time! Thanks Galpin Mission Hills!! More

She encouraged me to ask questions and put me at ease with my decision to purchase a certified pre-owned Honda CR-V. It's beautiful! Throughout my experience at the dealership (pretty long wait, but that was to be expected), we got to know one another and she expressed the love she has for working with people and helping them with one of the most important decisions that a person can make. Very sweet, helpful, and easy to talk to, more like a friend than a saleswoman just looking to take your money. She even gave me her personal cell number said that I can call or text her anytime after my purchase with questions or concerns. She is still fairly new at this dealership, but I could tell that she is a fast learner, and is confident in her ability to do her job well. He met us right when we pulled up and took us straight to the car we called about. None of that dealer get you to look at something else or try to distract you by saying they can't find the car like we had run into before. Lou walked us right over and made notes of little things I wanted fixed and had the galpin team got right on it! I love the car and the extreme deal we were able to make on the car! If you ever need anything Honda related I would definitely suggest you come down to galpin and ask for Lou Aguirre! You will be glad you did!!! More
