Great Experience! Great Atmosphere! Never did I imagine I would drive about 45 minutes just for my car! I was looking for the 2015 CRV in the Basque Red color after having a horrible ex Never did I imagine I would drive about 45 minutes just for my car! I was looking for the 2015 CRV in the Basque Red color after having a horrible experience at Norm Reeves in Cerritos, my husband and I called Galpin! Silas was the one who took our call as we wanted to make sure the car was in stock! Sure enough it was it being 8:20 pm and my husband and I looking at a 55 minute drive! Silas even sent my husband a pic of the car to guarantee us that they in fact had the car! We literally got there at 9:28 2 minutes before closing! The vibe and atmosphere was is just great there! They really take car of their customers! We drove back the following day to seal the deal! Silas made sure we were comfortable as we waited, offered us coffee. The Easter display was a nice welcoming for families with children! They had ready chicks and bunnies! Overall, I would recommend coming here! Great customer service! They really go out of their way! Even for Silas who came in on his day off to help us seal the deal! He really made it happen as well! He and Sunny! Thanks Galpin Honda! More

First purchase effortlessly my experience at Galpin Honda was above my expectations of purchasing a car. First I went to a Honda dealer that had the Infiniti Fx35 that I wanted i my experience at Galpin Honda was above my expectations of purchasing a car. First I went to a Honda dealer that had the Infiniti Fx35 that I wanted in the color and price range I was interested in. Mike made the process easy and assisted me through the buying process. From Test drive to handing over the keys the experience was well above expectations. Mike even drove to South LA to finish the paper work as my grandmother was assisting my with my down payment. Follow up calls were given and you can tell that customer service and relationships is a high priority for both Galpin and Mike Fogelman. Left a lasting impression especially for someone who works in sales such as myself. Very pleased. More

As I told you during the transaction, I was impressed with your honesty, integrity, and straightforward approach to selling a car. As you remember, I almost bought the car once before, changing my mind and doing some more "looking". As I looked around, I found that many of the sellers just didn't meet my personal standard of integrity, not to mention the cars, although advertised as "spotless", were far from it. All the while I kept thinking about the car you were selling and the sense of trust I had from talking with Mr. Galvez. I came back to look at the car one more time and we made the deal.
