Very happy with Kathy and Galpin Honda I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Galpin Honda. Kathy was instrumental in making this purchase happen, and making it a very pleasurable & I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Accord from Galpin Honda. Kathy was instrumental in making this purchase happen, and making it a very pleasurable & positive experience overall. I started searching for a new or used Honda in late February. I dealt with a number of dealerships throughout the southland while looking for a Honda. Some of the experiences were poor to ave - too aggressive, or not very knowledgeable, or both! Surprisingly a few were not prompt in communicating. Dealing with Kathy and Galpin was exactly what I hoped the process would be; courteous, professional, and very competitive. The day I decided to purchase, Kathy came in to help on her day off. I run a small business, and time constraints limited when I could come down, etc. Kathy made every effort to accommodate me, and make me feel that i was a valued customer. In particular, this is something I appreciate, and strive to deliver with my own business. I will certainly choose Galpin for future service and purchases, and will enthusiastically recommend Kathy to friends that have thoughts of buying a new or used car. More

They had a car in the exact specifications I wanted and offered me a price that was significantly better than the other dealerships I went to.
