The sales representative, Alex Tumasov, kept in touch with me after my first two purchases so I already knew who to go to. No back and forth was needed. He gave the best deal he can give me and even took me to his sales manager to show he wasn't kidding. I was completely satisfied with my purchase, once again. I then took the second car I purchased 2 years ago from Galpin Honda and traded it in for another new one. (Yes I was that happy with the service, the treatment and the deal) Got another 2 cars in a 2 day span. The following day after, my parents went for their new car with Alex Tumasov. I'm sure the whole staff is great with what they do and what they can work out but Alex left a good first impression that I go back to him ever time. He knows what he's coin and he looks out for the customer and doesn't pressure you into doing anything. If you're not comfortable with the dal he isn't either. Galpin Honda is the best dealer I've ever been to. I highly recommend giving them a visit and see what they have to offer. Ask for Alex Tumasov. I personally recommend him.
