1000000% satisfied I have had terrible experiences with other car dealerships feeling pressure and feeling like a little sheep walking up to a tiger seeing his pray its I have had terrible experiences with other car dealerships feeling pressure and feeling like a little sheep walking up to a tiger seeing his pray its scary feeling walking up to a dealer ship mind you this should be the best experience you should have walking up and getting a car we deserve with that - I decide to walk up to Galpain honda in San Fernando, and as I was looking to see what I wanted for my first car ,then here comes car sales man HUGO LOPEZ ,very kindly introduce himself and ask what it was I was looking for always asking what I wanted not what he wanted to sell me ,he really made me feel really comfortable. We Then went on and kindly showed me the different models was very informative, knew his cars which in my book it's a plus that made me feel more at ease ....he offered to take the car for a test run and I feel in love with the car ..we arrive to the lot and from there then we started to walk to his office the part was coming up where I was nervous about but again with the knowledge that he was proving going slow and explains everything and being patient made this experience the best again looking out for my best interested for me we talk about the different options . From the moment we arrived Chaudry Ahmed introduced himself to us and offered his help right away. He was very pleasant and easy going which made my experience that much better and I did not feel pressured at any time. Chaudry really made us feel comfortable and was very considerate, he also offered us beverages and snacks while we waited. While making the deal he was very patient with us and guided us the entire way, although it was a long process we felt very satisfied after it was completed and finalized. We really felt the camaraderie within the dealership which was a big plus and was a major contributing factor into getting our deal done. Chaudry's kindness was very evident from the beginning until the end, as a first time costumer I really appreciated that.
