First New Car Purchase I decided to go to take the drive to Galpin Honda after visiting the local dealerships in my town. Which left me discouraged and pessimistic about pur I decided to go to take the drive to Galpin Honda after visiting the local dealerships in my town. Which left me discouraged and pessimistic about purchasing a new car. A friend recommended Galpin from his own terrific experience, and specifically Sam Danho. Upon my arrival I noticed that it was considerably busy at that location, but that didnt deter anyone from greeting me with a smile and making me feel welcomed. Sam took me on a test drive on a new Honda Civic, and I immediately fell in love with the car. Sam knew the car inside and out with every spec explained. The actual purchase was quicker than expected and they were able to give me the best rate possible. I will definitely recommend anyone I know to purchase a car from Galpin, and I hope to purchase another car when the time comes. More

Was looking over the paperwork and noticed my shock absorber was leaking, when I called to explain that I have 100,000 mile warranty and this should be covered, I was told that no it's liked brake pads and normal wear and tear it would be $150 for each one plus the service to install, didn't take this person's name but I wasn't going for that and called HONDA CARE ,and like I KNEW, it was 100 % covered, HONDA CARE. told me to have GALPIN CALL THEM WHEN I CALLED BACK AND WAS FINNALY ABLE TO SPEAK TO MY SERVICE GUY FRANCISCO, COME TO FIND OUT HE WAS THE ONLY ONE THST I spoke to that KNEW.anything , he already looked into it and ordered the parts thank you Francisco for being the only one out of 3 I spoke to that KNEW what he was doing BUT, why was everyone else's so clueless and going from one to the other, kept me on hold for at least 45 min for something so simple AGAIN THANKS FRANCISCO, I will look for your call when parts come in More
