First time getting a car....amazing experience I went in looking to lease a car. I contacted Art Ramirez ahead of time as we had worked together in the past. He welcomed me to come down and he woul I went in looking to lease a car. I contacted Art Ramirez ahead of time as we had worked together in the past. He welcomed me to come down and he would take car of me. When I showed up he introduced me to Jorge (sales manager) and Chaudry (salesman) and they were very nice and welcoming. They made me feel like I was family. The total process was completely walked through with me and taken step by step. Chaudry took me on the test drive and explained everything Jorge even came back multiple times to check up on everything to get everything processed and to ensure I understood everything. Art then went over all of the finance papers in detail and showed me all of the options and explained each line of the contract. I have gone with my girlfriend to buy a car from Miller Honda and that process took a very long time. My experience at Galpin was amazing and very quick. Thank you Galpin Honda team.
