He had given us price online that we were more than happy about so we decided to make the trip to the dealership. Once we arrived there, we were approached by Erik Marton. Our experience from that point on was excellent! This is just simply an amazing dealership with exceptional customer service. The staff and every member of the Galpin team were so polite and courtesy which is exactly what I look for in my car buying experiences. This would be my third car so I have dealt with other salesmen who have truly made the experience a regrettable one. Let me just start by saying I've never felt more like royalty. And I couldn't have been luckier to meet Joe Uphoff. Everyone in the dealership is extremely friendly and patient, especially Joe! He promised from the minute I met him that his mission was to get me to leave that day with a smile on my face. As he did!
