When my family and i got there we were threated friendly and helped us with everything we needed. We never thought we were going to able to get a car of the year but with the help from Gee were able to get and helped us with everything we needed. I received an initial quote from Galpin, followed by a phone call from Matt Jones. He asked a few questions about my situation, and within 30 mins came back with a new quote. I took that quote to the dealership and that was the price that I paid for the car. No gimmicks; no “Oh, I forgot to add the Destination Charge and floor mats and documentation fee……”. The atmosphere at Galpin was that of a picnic. Balloons for the Memorial Day sale, unlimited soft drinks, free food. Our salesman/consultant, Matt Jones, was awesome. Very knowledgeable and very trustworthy. No high pressure sales gimmicks. Polite and courteous to a fault. My parents, who were visiting from India, were left wondering about why a US car dealership is considered by many to be a stress zone. They had a delivery team that demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. Cathy, our delivery team helper, was very patient and precise in answering all our questions.
