He patiently explained all the features on both cars and I drove both cars. During the test drive, he answered more questions but in the end I liked the Accord coupe which I bought. I walked into Galpin Honda to get my friend's car serviced and saw their Labor Day special. Met with Walied to check out the used cars they had and fell for a 2010 Honda Civic. Took it out for a spin and found the car to be in excellent condition. Came back the next day, bargained over the price and bought it for a really great price. Matt was very friendly and helpful just like all other Galpin Honda employees. He showed us around and offered us drinks and snacks. He then showed me the Honda Civic I wanted and showed me all the details and the new features on the car. we were also able to take it for a test drive. He then was doing his best to get me the best deal on the Civic and I was satisfied with the price of the vehicle and made the decision of purchasing right away. Upon picking up my new Civic the next day, Glen Phillips was able to help me go over and explain all details in the car again and made sure I didn't have any questions.
