Buying a car through a dealership has always been a dreaded part of my life. I have always procrastinated going, Each & Every Time, till it was the last minute, &/or, I had no other choices… But all dreaded part of my life. He treated me without pressure, without blindness of myself, & without the selfish desire for only a sale. He let me easily take my time in looking, gave me time to ask questions, & abled me to go home and decide freely, on making my purchase of a NEW CAR for the first time of my life. (I’m 56, by the way) I came back without any doubt or fear, & finalize getting a car with all my personal desires and needs. With Chris having his hands full with customers ahead of me, Chris had Matt Jones help me out and continue with all needed procedures. Matt started up where Chris left off, with the same care and concerns, making everything continue with ease. (Just so you know…Chris did keep checking in and was helping out, throughout the whole procedure also...) In the end, I drove away without any doubts, in my First New Car, Happy, I made the choice to go to Galpin Honda… AND, I finally can set my fears aside and walk into this dealership without any hesitations in the future…!!! I was looking to buy a new vehicle and I knew Galpin Honda was the place to go. As soon as I got to the dealership, my family and I were greeted by several employees. Matt was very friendly and helpful just like all other Galpin Honda employees. He showed us around and offered us drinks and snacks. He then showed me the Honda Civic I wanted and showed me all the details and the new features on the car. we were also able to take it for a test drive. He then was doing his best to get me the best deal on the Civic and I was satisfied with the price of the vehicle and made the decision of purchasing right away. Upon picking up my new Civic the next day, Glen Phillips was able to help me go over and explain all details in the car again and made sure I didn't have any questions. I was very happy and satisfied with the overall service and would definitely recommend Galpin Honda in Mission Hills to others. More

Ed and Dennis were amazing! They went above and beyond to try and help us get out of a very bad trade in situation (we were incredibly upside down on the car we had). We have gone to many other dealerships and no one else would even give us a second look. Galpin Honda took the time and effort to help us and now we are driving a new 2012 Crosstour. We are incredibly grateful and couldn't be more pleased with the service given. The entire staff was very friendly, you always felt like you were top priority which I find amazing considering how busy the dealership is and how much staff runs around. Wow. This dealership is absolutely incredible! I came in with SUCH a bad situation and they were able to help out and make it happen for us. We really felt helpless and completely trapped in a bad loan, wit with SUCH a bad situation and they were able to help out and make it happen for us.
