I was looking to buy a new vehicle and I knew Galpin Honda was the place to go. As soon as I got to the dealership, my family and I were greeted by several employees. Matt was very friendly and helpful just like all other Galpin Honda employees. He showed us around and offered us drinks and snacks. He then showed me the Honda Civic I wanted and showed me all the details and the new features on the car. we were also able to take it for a test drive. He then was doing his best to get me the best deal on the Civic and I was satisfied with the price of the vehicle and made the decision of purchasing right away. Upon picking up my new Civic the next day, Glen Phillips was able to help me go over and explain all details in the car again and made sure I didn't have any questions. I was very happy and satisfied with the overall service and would definitely recommend Galpin Honda in Mission Hills to others. More

Ed and Dennis were amazing! They went above and beyond to try and help us get out of a very bad trade in situation (we were incredibly upside down on the car we had). Wow. This dealership is absolutely incredible! I came in with SUCH a bad situation and they were able to help out and make it happen for us. We really felt helpless and completely trapped in a bad loan, wit with SUCH a bad situation and they were able to help out and make it happen for us.
