I ended up at Galpin Honda in Mission Hills after viewing a couple sites online. I wanted/needed a new car pretty bad and thought I wouldn't be able to get a brand new one... and actually to my surprise I d a couple sites online. Enrique the sales person was extremely helpful and friendly he made the process very simple and smooth (even though it was long and 108 degrees outside it was well worth it). I truly am enjoying my new car I have a decent monthly payment and am completely satisfied with my choice of dealership, buy and sales person. More

BOTTOM LINE: BUY HERE! Let me start by saying that I am the proud owner of a brand-new 2012 Honda Accord SE, and I couldn't be more pleased with both the car AND the experience of buying it from Armen Band the proud owner of a brand-new 2012 Honda Accord SE, and I couldn't be more pleased with both the car AND the experience of buying it from Armen Bandari at Galpin Honda of Mission Hills. I am a naturally suspicious person, and when you top that off with the common knowledge that car salesmen are sleazy and dishonest, you get one heck of a nervous car buyer. Actually, I headed to Mission Hills (25+ miles from home, aka WAY farther than I was hoping to drive) after not getting the price I wanted (or thought I was told that I COULD get) at a more local dealership. At 7pm, Armen Bandari gave me a price quote over the phone. At 7:40pm, my boyfriend & I arrived at the dealership and were greeted with fresh iced tea and a promise from Armen that this process would be easy and transparent. Armen lived up to that promise and then some. While I hope this doesn't make me sound like a complete nut job, sometimes you can just READ people -- and Armen comes off as extremely genuine and as more of a customer advocate than a salesman. It seems like this guy has actually figured out that if you are HONEST & TRANSPARENT in business, the riches will come your way naturally -- too bad other dealers haven't caught on to this one. Anyhow, the price on the paperwork was exactly the same as the price quoted over the phone, and Armen also got me exactly the price I was looking for on my trade-in, which I couldn't get from the other Honda dealership. My monthly payments were exactly what I was looking for (Honda has killer finance rates right now), and I was never pressured into buying any unwanted options or packages. The car I wanted did have an option installed that I wasn't interested in paying for, and Armen was happy to remove it for me with no issue whatsoever. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend buying your Honda at Galpin Honda of Mission Hills. Armen & his whole team were a breath of fresh air in a business that is otherwise pretty darn shady. Heck, I almost felt like buying him dinner after the deal was done...he stayed with us until after midnight! I would refer ANYONE that I care about to Armen & the folks at Galpin Honda of Mission Hills. More

I submitted request for a quote. I have received the great quote within minutes supplemented by a phone call. That was fantastic. Because I live in Malibu, Galpin of Mission Hills had the least favorable location for me. Logistically, I did not want to buy from that far away. I decided to go try my nearest dealer first. I was done there in 15 minbutes because it was clear that they are not going to match the quote I have received from Armen Bandari. 2 hours after I have submitted the request for a quote, I was at the Galpin dealership. 2 hours later I had a new car. It was not the color I had in mind, but thanks to Armen, it was much better. He just showed me different options and it became clear that this is the car I want. All throughout sales I felt respect and support in this difficult decision. For example, after deciding that I want touring Pilot, I expressed doubt if I need all the features that it came with. We were driving back from the parking lot. Armen immediately stopped the car and asked me if I would like to go back and spend more time choosing. Now, that is respect for the customer. The funniest thing was that by the time other dealerships started to send me their e-mails asking to confirm my e-mail address so they could send me a quote, I already bought a car from Armen. Thanks for his quick response, good price, and respectful attitude. He stayed with me way after midnight helping to relocate my belongings into a new car and showing me operations of this amaizing machine. Also, would like to acknowledge Sam, the finance guy. He too stayed very late ensuring complete and correct transaction, and he too showed very respective attitude. I have never had a better experience buyng cars. Thank you Galpin More

So I moved from NY to LA and Joe came to LAX to pick me up!!! He took me to my apartment to get my keys then to the dealership to do the paperwork for my car!!!
