Always uneasy with paper work I dread going into dealerships. So much information to process in very little time. At the end of it all you wonder what you did in the 6 hrs of proce I dread going into dealerships. So much information to process in very little time. At the end of it all you wonder what you did in the 6 hrs of processing. This time around my friend introduced me to Zack, right away he walked me through all the steps we would be taking together, no surprises or misunderstandings. He took care of all the paperwork while explaining in detail or in overview everything I needed to sign. At the end of the day, we walkway with a new car with great incentives all while Zach holding my hand without making me feel excluded from the process or stupid. Can't recommend this gentleman enough, he really does go above and beyond. More
