Other dealers would not even send a quote without insisting to visit the dealer in order to provide discounted rates. Once I decided to visit Galpin Honda to test drive the car, Zack had the car ready and took it for a spin. He took the time to explain all my options without any pressure and matched the lowest price from another dealer without hesitation. Long process but great service from Zack Z.
