Real people @ Galpin Honda Nothing is flawless. With that being said, I still rate my experience with Galpin Honda 5 Stars. In this day and age of technology taking over and us Nothing is flawless. With that being said, I still rate my experience with Galpin Honda 5 Stars. In this day and age of technology taking over and us consumers have to deal with staff that lack personality. It was refreshing to deal with real people, a colorful crowd at Galpin Honda. I already knew I was gonna buy my Honda, I didn’t have to be sold. I chose to make my purchase at Galpin, a hour drive from my home, when I have two dealerships within 20 minutes. Because, not only my salesman Nick Havluciyan, but every employee that handled me made sure I would turn any way I managed to frown up side down! Every challenge I encountered was superficial and resolved. I received great customer service and I like to give acknowledgement where it’s due.
