For a company that’s trying to establish itself as friendly and helpful, I found Galpin Honda unfriendly, and exploitive of their customers. In a predominantly lower income neighborhood, they charge you more for services ( e.g. oil change is $5 more than at Keyes Honda). They also want to charge you for a bottle of water, come on, why are trying to nickel and dime people. Keyes service has free water, free cookies and they provide you a Uber back and forth for free. Henry was the service advisor of the month, but he was sub-par at best that day. I tried to be upbeat , but this guy was a complete downer. So do better Galpin, but as for me, it’s a hard pass.
