Sadly, I became almost stranded across the street from Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora when my 2008 PT Cruiser over heated and started smoking. After realizing they were going to keep my car for a few days to order parts and fix the issue and living about 45 minutes away, I was stranded at the dealership. Since I have recently moved to the area I did not have many friends who would have been able to give me a ride. The cost of calling for a taxi would have been over $200. All rental companies had already closed for the night. I was in a bind. THANKFULLY, the kind people at Ganley allowed a salesman to leave early to give me a ride all the way home. AWESOME!!!! It was like they were angels sent from God. After finally getting my car back after about 3 days, I was persuaded to take a look at some other possible opportunities for a means of transportation. Given that I drive around the state for my occupation, my car is VERY important. It's VERY IMPORTANT that is runs smoothly. Lenny Johnson, a sales consultant, did a wonderful job explaining all my different options of what the dealership had to offer that would be in my price range. I didn't feel pressured. It was an awesome experience. Low and behold 2 days later, I had a new car, 2007 Jetta, which I LOVE. I just want to say that Ganley Chevrolet of Aurora has BY FAR been the best car dealership sales consultants I have ever met.
