Then I worked with Joy to make the purchase and deal with the paperwork which I needed to sign remotely. Joy was efficient and, like Jeff, very straightforward. Joy also spent time with my daughter post-purchase going over all the car’s details and getting her comfortable with it, as it was her first car. I should mention that Terry, the finance manager, was also good to work with. He didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary options and drag out the process. I have always hated when the sales focus is how much I want my monthly to be. My only concern is the total out the door cost of cars I buy. He deserves high praise for being the first salesman to sell a brand other than Ford to us, especially since I’ve always loved my Ford cars and trucks. As I said, he was smart enough to point out what Subaru had to offer and let the car sell itself. No high pressure sales. A real breath of fresh air. At delivery, he went over the car, helped us set up the tech features like garage door settings, navigation, maintenance checks and notification. He even took us out on the road to make sure the car was set up how we liked it and spot anything that may need attention, of which there was none. I will be recommending Sam to my friends and associates who are in the market to buy a vehicle. Thanks Sam, for a positive experience. More
