I was very happy with my experience at Ken Ganley Subaru of Wickliffe. Russ, Brian, Joe and James took very good care of me. Russ made me feel very comfortable during my test drive and made sure I got ever of Wickliffe. Russ, Brian, Joe and James took very good care of me. Russ made me feel very comfortable during my test drive and made sure I got everything I wanted in my new crosstrek. They made sure my Starlink auto start was downloaded on my phone and in operational order. Russ and Brian went above and beyond driving my new crosstrek home so I could drive my old Impreza back. I was greeted near the entrance and asked how the dealership could help. The salesman spent quality time with me to advise me of what options I had for the model vehicle I was interested in. Although dealership could help. The salesman spent quality time with me to advise me of what options I had for the model vehicle I was interested in. Although much of the literature wasn’t yet in the hands of the dealership, they spent a good deal of time showing me options by walking me around the facility to see models and features. They also opened up a website to show me color and accessory options that are available or that were standard with the trim level I chose. Friendly and attentive sales staff answered all of my questions and advised me of various service/repair agreement options. Very good experience. More

I had zero desire to get a new car. My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn My previous Crosstrek was one payment away from being paid off, but it was due for several service repairs that totaled over $2K. As much as I didn't want a new car payment, I also didn't want to have to continue to worry about the repairs on an aging car. I took the leap and purchased a new Crosstrek. First, I can't say enough good things about Jason Ceja in service. I have never dealt with anyone in service BUT Jason, so he is completely familiar with my car and its service history. Every time I come in, we have a laugh about the time chipmunks chewed through my drive belt. Joy and Joe assisted me with the purchase of the new car. Not only does Joy seem to be a delightful human being, she knew the product in and out and was able to quickly help me familiarize myself with the newer Crosstrek features. Ganley didn't have the specific vehicle I wanted in stock, but Joe was able to secure another quickly. I love how easy things are when I go to Ganley. My trips for service have been so smooth. Buying a new car was (relatively) stress-free and painless. More
