"Regular Visit"

Drove in for a standard maintenance visit. Also had 2 minor additional maintenance questions. Everything was dealt with in a complete and professional manner. In and out quickly, just like I prefer. One Negative, but not on service. I dislike Facebook. Would much prefer an email service survey.

"There to help ME"

- almost remarried

Came in to this dealer with scary problems! Dash lit up with "check engine, check emissions" AND cruise was flashing! I explained I'd stopped in Sheboygan for the same problem where they charged me$120.00 + tax to tell me "probably just bad gas". They had reset it and sent me on my way! Now I'm in Ohio. I was on a road trip from Oconto WI all the way to Nellis West VA.for a family reunion. The service tech spoke to me and referred me to his manager saying "if anyone can help you, he can". So Will Gearhart stepped in. My lucky day! Although he was short help due to the Holiday week, he took my car to squeeze it in. We walked across the street for a late breakfast. I said we may as well take our time because it would be hard to tell when he could get to my car. Imagine our surprise when my phone rang and it was Will saying my car was DONE! I almost cried when he said "no charge:. Thank you to Will and his terrific staff.

"Transmission problem?"

I was having an issue with losing drive when pulling away from a stop. Also getting a situation where the engine would rev up but no gear shift. This was a periodic problem not constant. Since it was a sporadic problem Ray and his technicians couldn’t duplicate it. They asked if I could leave it overnight so they could do more extensive test driving to try and duplicate it. They found a few faults that I didn’t know I was having plus they determined that a reprogramming would be in order. When I got the car back a number of systems that were not working properly began working, which was great! When you are dealing with software problems with newer generation cars the solutions are always evident but i’m pleased with the solution that they came up with. With this type of problem only time will tell if the reboot solution will end my problem. However I am very pleased with their concern and how I was treated.

I went in to get my regular 45,000 mile service. Everything was taken care of efficiently. No problems incurred. Wanted to meet with my sales rep Lennox to have him show me navigation system but he was with a customer. I came back the following week since I was in the neighborhood and he spent a little bit of time with me to show me how it works. I don't remember offhand who the service employee was but he was excellent. Friendly, professional.

very satisfied with the service. Vwhicle was completely checked and found anunexpected defect which was fixed and still under warranty, and it was a major issue. Was able to wait for it.
